President Joe Biden\'s favorability ratings are at an all-time low among residents of the state that holds the nation\'s first presidential primary, according to a poll released Tuesday by the University of New Hampshire. Only one-fifth of New Hampshire residents want Biden to seek a second term in 2024, according to the poll.The president is statistically tied with Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg in 2024 presidential support, survey results show.
